For the past two decades, CNOS and their dedicated employees have provided countless charitable causes with both the human capital, as well as the financial resources to make a positive difference in the Siouxland community. They have been active in supporting our regional arts, athletics, and educational institutions, which includes providing access to recreational facilities via sponsoring the Fieldhouse at the United Sports Academy in North Sioux City, the Arena in Sioux City, and the Miracle Field at Riverside Park in Sioux City.

Under the leadership and direction of CEO Nolan Lubarski and Communications Director Sarah Rol, CNOS is launching a new initiative to acknowledge their continued commitment to the Siouxland community that has been so supportive of their exponential growth. The tagline ‘Your Team, Our Community’ will accompany a unique graphic showcasing individual employees in both their community role and their role at CNOS.

Said Lubarski, “CNOS has always had the greatest respect and admiration for those who lead by example and we are prioritizing a similar approach in our own charitable work.” Lubarski, who arrived in Siouxland five years ago added, “We want to say, ‘thank you,’ not only to the community for their support but to our employees who selflessly give back in many ways and are an inspiration to us all.”

CNOS physicians and employees serve as key leaders on the Board of Directors of many of the region’s leading not-for-profit organizations. Chris McGowan, who serves as the president of the Siouxland Chamber of Commerce and The Siouxland Initiative, stated, “Representatives of CNOS have served in prominent roles on our Boards in the past and they continue to do so to this very day. In addition to their generous financial support, we are grateful for the active engagement of their senior-most executives in providing the leadership and direction that guides our organizations.”

Sarah Rol who serves as the Communications Director for CNOS explained how the organization intends to pivot from a somewhat introverted approach to their public relations strategies to a more extroverted platform. “Not only will we work harder to communicate our efforts as an organization, but we will also focus on showcasing our valued employees and the numerous hours and dollars they voluntarily invest in so many worthwhile causes throughout Siouxland’s tri-state region,” stated Rol.

The CNOS team has always been proud of the significant impact their organization
has contributed to their hometown. In 2023, CNOS is excited to highlight the many admirable not-for-profit local endeavors they support and recognize the personal contributions of hundreds of their dedicated employees by showcasing individuals in the ‘Your Team, Our Community’ initiative. Being connected to our community is just one way we care. That’s why you’ll see CNOS employees in the office and around town making a difference—in many different ways.
