What is a mid-level provider?
Our physician assistants (or PA) and nurse practitioners are nationally certified and state-licensed medical professional that practices medicine under the supervision of a physician. Midlevels can take your medical history, conduct physical exams, diagnose and treat, order test, assist in surgery, and write prescriptions.
Who can I call with medical questions?
Existing patients can ask questions through our patient portal at www.followmyhealth.com. If you have never used the patient portal before, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting access or call us at 605.217.2667 and provide us with your email address and we will send you a link to join the portal.
New patients can call 605-217-2667 (opt. 3) to contact the nurse triage area with medical questions.
What are your regular office hours?
Our regular clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Please see our locations page for rehab hours by location.
