About

Kellie started her nursing career as a Registered Nurse (RN) working in the intensive/critical care unit (ICU/CCU) at Sanford in Sioux Falls, SD. She then worked in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Prairie Lakes Healthcare in Watertown, SD. This provided both rural and metro intensive care unit nursing experience. After obtaining her master’s degree, Kellie worked in primary care as a nurse practitioner gaining experience in acute/chronic disease, infectious disease, antibiotic prescribing, and acute injury care.

Kellie provides exceptional, holistic, patient-centered care at CNOS in the hand and wrist orthopedic department. She is dedicated to the individualized and personal care of each of her patients. She provides both conservative and surgical intervention options for a broad spectrum of conditions. Her focus is on upper extremity conditions including carpal tunnel syndrome, tendonitis, arthritis, ganglion cyst, sports-related injuries, work-related injuries, and other acute injuries in both adult and pediatric populations. Kellie takes time with each patient to answer all questions with knowledge, care, and compassion. Kellie is ready to care for your upper extremity needs.

Kellie also works as an assistant professor of nursing for Briar Cliff and teaches at their graduate nursing level. Kellie enjoys spending time with her husband and three active daughters. She enjoys hiking, snowboarding, traveling, and time with nature.
