Dr. William Thorell is a board-certified and fellowship-trained endovascular neurosurgeon. He gives individualized neurosurgical and interventional care to patients at CNOS with cerebral aneurysms, vascular malformations, strokes, brain hemorrhages and carotid and vertebral stenosis. Dr. Thorell is the Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and offers his expertise in a number of endovascular procedures at CNOS. He also performs carotid stenting and has become instrumental in forming an interdisciplinary stroke team at the Nebraska Stroke Center.
