Dr. Carol Donahue is a board-certified podiatrist and foot surgeon who treats all foot and ankle conditions.
Dr. Donahue will work with you to diagnose the cause of your foot and ankle pain and correct this through shoe modification, custom foot orthoses, medication, injections, or discuss surgical intervention. She can bring relief to common conditions like ingrown toenails, plantar warts, neuromas, hammertoes, bunions, flat feet, Achilles tendonitis, fractures, sprains, gout, arthritis, injuries, and heel pain.
Dr. Donahue has the ability to collaborate care with CNOS Rheumatology, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Orthopaedics, Physical Therapy, and Athletic Trainers to ensure the best possible care for patients.
Dr. Donahue is passionate about keeping patients active by reducing their foot pain. Having studied Exercise Physiology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, for her Bachelor’s Degree, she is a firm advocate of exercise and nutrition for overall health and well-being. She enjoys helping, healing, and educating one patient at a time to keep you active on your feet, doing what you love. Whether you are interested in conservative, non-surgical treatment options vs. surgical treatment options, Dr. Donahue will take time to educate you on the cause of your foot and ankle pain. She will discuss all available treatment options, and help you decide what is best for YOU.
Dr. Donahue is a native of Wisconsin. She brought Podiatry to CNOS in 2005 and has enjoyed providing foot and ankle care to her patients. She is a wife and blessed with three boys, two of which are twins! Dr. Donahue has a medical family, with her husband being an orthopaedic trauma surgeon. She enjoys strength training, running, whole food nutrition, cooking, music and hiking/camping U.S. National Parks with her family.
