Move Strong

Whether in-season or out-of-season, every athlete knows the importance of strength and agility training. CNOS physicians understand the benefits of appropriate and safe strength and agility training for injury incident reduction. 

Our commitment to the athlete of Siouxland includes Move Strong with CNOS performance training, part of our comprehensive move 365 program. Our Move Strong Coaches are in area schools year round and work with team coaches to design and implement safe and effective training programs for all of their athletes, including our summer Move Strong Performance Camps.

  • 3pm: Boys Basketball

All high school participants are expected to lift with their sport unless told otherwise by the coach. Open Hours are for high school athletes without a set lifting hour.
