Dr. Jon Grudem is a board-certified neurologist. He joined CNOS after a neurology residency at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire.
Dr. Grudem received his medical degree from the University of North Dakota, School of Medicine. He completed his Neurology residency and Clinical Neurophysiology Fellowship at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, NH. His board certifications include Neurology (APBN), Clinical Neurophysiology (APBN and ABCN) and Intraoperative Neurophysiologic Monitoring (ABCN).
Dr. Grudem serves on the active medical staff of Mercy Medical Center and UnityPoint Health – St. Luke's in Sioux City, IA. He performs a monthly Neurology and EMG outreach clinic at Sioux Center Community Hospital.
In addition to his practice at CNOS, Dr. Grudem is a well-respected consultant and trainer specific to the use of Botox for Neurology Rehabilitation in the areas of Migraine, Dystonia & Spasticity on behalf of Allergan Neurosciences.
I have cervical dystonia and without Botox injections I am totally dysfunctional. Dr. Grudem and his nurse, Janet, have done an excellent job of making my life as close to normal as possible. I live 92 miles from CNOS, and Omaha is only 30 miles away, but I make the drive because CNOS and Dr. Grudem are helping me with care, professionalism and a genuine concern about my ailment.
