Dr. Douglas Martin

Dr. Martin is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician specializing in Occupational and Environmental Medicine. His expertise includes work comp related injuries, aviation, commercial driver, immigration, and post-job offer examinations, surveillance and hearing evaluations, fitness for duty determinations, IMEs, and independent file reviews.

Martin provides clinical and operational leadership to business health services in Sioux City and the surrounding communities.

Dr. James Underhill
  • Dr. Underhill is currently the President of the International Academy of Independent Medical Evaluators and co-author of the recent updates to the Neurology Chapter of the AMA Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment 6th Edition. He is a clinical Neuropsychologist, with special expertise in mild traumatic brain injury and concussions.
Micki Slykhuis

Micki is the President and CEO of OHARA LLC.

Micki started her workers’ compensation career with OHARA as a Telephonic Case Manager in 2000. Micki advanced her knowledge and position by dwelling in every aspect of OHARA to include Field Case Management, Telephonic Case Management, Team Lead, Director of Case Management, Business Development, and now serves as OHARA’s President and CEO. Her extensive background brings a unique perspective to all aspects of claim and business management.
