This person will coordinate the patient check-in and check-out process in a pleasant, consistent and efficient manner and will make patients and visitors feel comfortable and welcome at CNOS.
Full-Time Front Desk Ambassador
Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED. Minimum of one-year experience in customer service setting, preferably six months receptionist experience in health care setting.
Qualifications
Knowledge of reception and scheduling tasks and clinic policies and procedures. The ability to accurately input data, and maintain proficiency in Outlook, Allscripts, EHR and PM.
Responsibilities
Candidate must have excellent customer service skills, knowledge of medical terminology, prior medical clinic reception experience preferred. Traveling between Morningside, Northside, Moville and Dunes locations upon request.
Work Hours
8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Friday
