Full-Time Appointment Scheduler
Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED and a minimum of one year work experience, preferably in a medical office setting.
Qualifications
Must have excellent customer service skills and knowledge of medical terminology, and secretarial duties including data entry, filing, and phone etiquette.
Responsibilities
The position is responsible for coordination of telephone reception and appointment scheduling based on established CNOS physician scheduling guidelines; maintaining pleasant telephone rapport and promoting good public relations with referring physicians, office staff and patients; working cooperatively with the CNOS physicians and clinical personnel in arranging appropriate patient appointments.
Work Hours
8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday - Friday
