For over 20 years, we have proudly focused on our mission of “Improving Health” of those we serve. Today our organization cares for more than 27,000 patients per year and has 28 physicians and 250 employees dedicated to providing superior service as we strive to exceed your expectations.

We’re committed to continuously seek new ways to improve our quality, enhance our customer service, and make our organization the best place for customers to receive care, for physicians to practice their craft, and for employees to share their talents. About Nolan Lubarski, CEO

Nolan has 15 years of experience as a healthcare professional and administrator, serving 10 of those years as a private practice and post-acute care physical therapist and 5 years in healthcare administration most recently as the Neuroscience Institute Director at Banner University Medical Center – Phoenix from 2015-2017. His passion is building and developing multidisciplinary teams whose mission is focused on adopting new care delivery models and new approaches to improve the health of communities served.

Nolan is a member of the American Medical Group Association. He earned his Masters of Physical Therapy degree from the University of North Dakota and Masters of Business Administration with Healthcare emphasis from the University of South Dakota.

Originally from Argyle, Minnesota, Nolan and his wife Kelly have two children, Easton and Embrey.
