Carol Copeland, DPT
Carol received her doctorate in PT from Creighton University in 2002. Carol has special interest in musculoskeletal injuries of the back, pelvis and hip complex, orthotics, and women’s health (continence) as well as general orthopaedics and sports medicine.
Shauna Hoak, MPT
Shauna recieved her masters in physical therapy from the University of Kansas Medical Center in 2005. Shauna has special interest in orthopeadics and sports injuries. She also sees patients with general neurological and musculoskeletal disorders.
Brandee Koedam, DPT
Brandee received her doctorate in PT from Creighton University in 2002. Brandee has special interest in orthopaedics, rehab of sports injuries, and aquatics. She also sees patients with general musculoskeletal and neurological needs.
David Renner, MPT
David received his masters in PT from USD in 1998. He splits his time between the Siouxland Surgery Center and CNOS. David has special interest in total joint replacement, neck and back pain, as well as general orthopaedics and neurological needs.
Renee Wagner, PTA
Renee received her associates degree in PTA from Western Iowa Tech Community College in 1995. Renee enjoys working with knee patients of all kinds, and has a strong background in musculoskeletal injuries.
Jennifer Davis, PTA
Jennifer received her associates degree in PTA from Colby Community College in 2003. Jennifer loves working with all types of patients and is helping Carol with the continence program.
Chad Langholdt, PTA
Chad is a Physical Therapist Assistant, receiving his degree at WITCC in 1998. Chad enjoys working with orthopaedics and sports related injuries, and has spent time working with stroke and burn rehabilitation.
Kip Chesmore, MPT
Kip received his degree in Physical Therapy from the University of South Dakota in 1996. His primary clinical focus is with the Spine Rehabilitation Program. He specializes in both Post-surgical care as well as conservative treatment measures. Kip also sees patients with neurological, musculoskeletal and orthopaedic disorders.
Chandra Bender, PTA
Chandra received her associate degree in the physical therapy assistant program from Northeast Community College in 1995. Chandra has special interest in orthopeadics, sports injuries, and neurological patients. She also sees patients with lymphadema and musculoskeletal disorders.
Christy Nelson, MPT
Christy received her masters in physical therapy from the University of South Dakota in 2004. Christy has special interest in orthopeadics and sports injuries. She also sees patients with general neurological and musculoskeletal disorders.
