Full-Time Front Desk Ambassador


This person will coordinate the patient check-in and check-out process in a pleasant, consistent and efficient manner and will make patients and visitors feel comfortable and welcome at CNOS. Candidate must have excellent customer service skills, knowledge of medical terminology, prior medical clinic reception experience preferred.

 

Full-Time Director of Business Analytics


This is responsible for assisting with determination of operational, quality and financial objectives, analyzing and reporting associated variances, and developing and monitoring reports and control mechanisms while identifying and implementing electronic reporting platforms. Bolster the efficiency and profit of CNOS by evaluating financial/operational activity, data management and services. Candidate must have bachelor’s degree or 4 years’ experience in a directly related field; previous experience with healthcare informatics and IT preferred.

 

Full-Time Clinical Practice Administrator


This position manages the day-to-day operations of clinic and takes complete ownership for the successful operations, financial performance, employee engagement and retention and customer satisfaction. Candidate must have bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, consumer, finance or health care related field; current state RN license or other clinical license; minimum of 5 years clinical experience preferred.

 

Full-time Velocity Sports Performance Director


This position is responsible for instructional and curricular leadership for the Velocity Sports Performance program operated by the CNOS Foundation at the contract school they serve. Candidate must have: undergraduate degree in exercise science or related field; 1-3 years’ experience training athletes preferred; certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) required.

 

Flex MRI Tech


Responsibilities include but are not limited to: MR and assisting with X-ray as needed. Successful candidate must have good interpersonal and communication skills, current ARRT MR certification and CPR certification. Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferred.

 

Flex MRI Assistant


The hours for this position will be 5 p.m. - 7:30 p.m., 4 days per week Monday – Thursday depending on patient load. Additional hours will be available to cover vacations. This position will work closely with the MRI technologist with patient care, and perform receptionist duties. Candidate must be computer literate, Radiologic Technology student and/or PACS experience preferred.

 

Part-Time (20 hours per week) Front Desk Ambassador


(Moville & Morningside locations). This person will coordinate Rehab Front Desk patient check in, cashier, and Rehab Tech duties in a pleasant, consistent and efficient manner; will make patients and visitors feel comfortable and welcome at CNOS. Candidate must have excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast paced clinic, traveling between Morningside, Northside, Moville and Dunes locations required.
