Full-time Rehab Technician

approximately 30 hours per week. This position assists physical therapist, physical therapist assistant, and occupational therapists in preparatory management of patient care and assists Rehab staff with support needs. Candidate must have excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast paced clinic. Traveling between Morningside, Northside, Moville and Dunes locations required.

 

Full-time Medical Records Scanner

This person is responsible for maintaining electronic medical record files including filing, scanning and indexing appropriate documents. Candidates must be detail oriented and work well in a team environment. Hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday.

 

Flex X-Ray Technologist

This position performs diagnostic radiological procedures in accordance to CNOS protocols with the utmost care in regards to patient confidentiality, and privacy. Candidate must have: diploma from accredited 2 year program for Radiologic Technologist (ARRT); orthopaedic experience preferred.

 

Full-time Appointment Scheduler

The position is responsible for coordination of telephone reception and appointment scheduling based on established CNOS physician scheduling guidelines; maintaining pleasant telephone rapport and promoting good public relations with referring physicians, office staff and patients; working cooperatively with the CNOS physicians and clinical personnel in arranging appropriate patient appointments. Candidate must have excellent customer service skills and medical terminology.

 

Full-time Patient Account Representative

This person is responsible for resolving unpaid insurance claims and patient balances; reviewing patient accounts for upcoming appointments and collection action; talking with patients regarding balance on account; checking with insurance companies regarding denied/rejected claims; maintaining corporate and patient confidentiality; and promoting positive public relations both inside the clinic and in the community. This position is Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m

 

Full-time Authorization Specialist

This position is responsible for the coordination of surgical, ancillary testing, medication and other precertification processes and requirements. Candidate must have minimum of 1 year experience in customer service setting; six months medical office reception experience preferred

 

Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner

CNOS is searching for a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to work closely in both the clinical and surgical settings with one
