We would like to fully prepare you for your upcoming spine surgery.

Patients will have an opportunity to have their questions answered and receive more in-depth information
from physical therapy, nursing, and DME regarding realistic expectations to ensure the most successful outcomes.

You will also receive an instructional booklet and exercise DVD. A family member or caregiver is encouraged to attend.
