Shoulder school is a new program offered by CNOS for pre-operative education and instruction to patients undergoing an arthroscopic shoulder procedure. Information is provided from rehab, nursing, and DME regarding realistic expectations as well as further details into the process patients will be undergoing. Patients will be given booklets and exercise DVD's of their home exercise programs.
