Stephen H. Noel Memorial Fund

BACKGROUND:
The scholarship fund was established in 2008 by the CNOS Foundation through the generous contributions by friends and colleagues of Dr. Stephen H. Noel and the Noel family. It was created to perpetuate Dr. Noel's spirit of caring and giving to others.

PURPOSE:
The purpose of this scholarship program is to assist graduating high school seniors in their pursuit of higher education. These annual scholarships are to be awarded to ten (10) high school seniors who exemplify the qualities important to Dr. Noel. These qualities are academic excellence, involvement in high school athletics and non-athletic activities, and community/church involvement.
