CNOS Rehab is proud to introduce our new Wellness Program, Fit4FUNction! Fit 4 FUNction is a program designed to enable patients who have been discharged from formal physical therapy to continue with an independent exercise program and also enable community members to begin an exercise program to improve their health, fitness, and overall well being. Cost of the program is $25/month, which entitles you to access to our state of the art equipment, and allows you to receive instruction from our highly trained staff to design or update an exercise program to meet your fitness needs.

7am - 8pm

There are no appointments necessary for our Wellness Program, simply come in when you are ready to exercise! You will be asked to sign a waiver; understanding first priority comes to our patients.
