Blue Zones Project

CNOS Foundation Mission Improving Health

Our mission is driving us to get involved in Iowas Healthiest State Initiative for our Community. As local health care providers, CNOS is pursuing ways to encourage people to take pro-active steps towards health and well-being. The Blue Zone Project a division of the Healthiest State Initiative provides invaluable insight on making healthy lifestyles a very do-able reality.

          2. Know Your Purpose
          3. Down Shift
          4. 80% Rule
          5. Plant Slant
          6. Wine at 5
          7. Family First
